With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in operational roles, Priscilla serves as Impact’s Chief Operating and Growth Officer (COO|CGO).  Tasked with steering the company’s strategic direction and enhancing operational efficiency, she combines vision with execution.

Her portfolio of expertise is diverse, including customer experience, mergers & acquisitions, program management, and front-line operations, making her an invaluable asset to the Impact team.

As a first-generation Hispanic, Priscilla's move to Impact Consulting was inspired by her personal insights into the challenges that underrepresented groups encounter.
