Helping to deliver programs that attract, develop, engage, and retain diverse talent, Alicia’s key areas of expertise include Diversity and Inclusion Consulting, Professional Learning, and Talent and Organizational Development. Alicia brings her advanced functional skills and expertise to engagements with all levels of staff and leadership in both the public and private sectors.
