Ana Gema Monge

Ana has more than ten years of professional experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion operations. At Impact, Ana’s experience, coupled with her Latinx background and project management skill-set, provide her with a unique perspective from which to support clients’ Talent and DEI strategies.
Prior to joining Impact, Ana worked for Morgan Stanley, Fitch Ratings, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. Over the course of her career, Ana has worked on high-profile HR and DEI projects. Examples include: creating and managing the strategic agenda of employee and business resource groups; analysis and creation of talent surveys and reports for executive teams and board members; fostering partnerships with professional and community organizations to build diverse talent and supplier pipelines; and multicultural mentorship programs focused on succession planning and growing next-generation leaders.
When Ana is not working with Impact clients, she enjoys time with her family, especially vacationing at Disney.
