As a certified executive coach, skilled facilitator, and trusted advisor in the domain of organization development, Ann helps leaders, teams and organizations live their full potential. Her clients come from a wealth of industries and sectors, including travel, technology, finance, grassroots organizations, foundations, government, and higher education.

Ann’s coaching and consulting is grounded in deep leadership experience. As director of organization development for the Airlines Reporting Corporation, Ann helped ensure the alignment of structure, culture, talent and processes with organizational vision. She served as a member and steward of the organization’s leadership team, and led a series of strategies that increased employee engagement, satisfaction and morale. While at ARC, she won two coveted awards for her leadership and impact. Ann was previously a principal at the Potomac Group, where she coached leaders and delivered customized organization development services. Ann is published in polarity management and trained in change management, team development, organization design, gestalt interventions and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Ann is a fluent, heritage speaker of Spanish and lives in the District of Columbia. Her family participates in Rover, a dog-sitting app, which allows her children to have access to part-time pets. She enjoys reading and her book club.
