Diane is an Executive and Leadership Development Coach with over 25 years of corporate experience delivering technology solutions in the financial and software industries, while managing, mentoring, and coaching individuals. With the addition of best practice coaching approaches and formal experience to her toolkit, she can more artfully balance the inner and outer work a leader can do to become more versatile and agile. She is the author of “Cool, Calm, and Respected: 8 Leadership Concepts for Work and Home.”

Born and raised in South Africa and having lived and worked in Johannesburg, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and the Pacific Northwest, she is easily adaptable to different cultures and situations. She has worked across multiple lines of business including Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Accounting, HR/Learning and Development, and Facilities Management at Morgan Stanley, Capital Group, Fisher Investments, and Software AG. Her background in technology, project/people management, and strategic roadmap development have given her firsthand experience in dealing with many of the challenges her clients face.

Having most recently lived in Spain, Diane now resides in Portland, Oregon. She enjoys trying different cuisines (cooking and eating), doing New York Times games every day, and spending time with family and friends.
