Lucy is the founder of Impact Consulting and the driving force behind the firm. An industry trailblazer, Lucy is a trusted advisor, thought leader, and business partner to organizations that want to attract, develop, engage, and retain a diverse workforce. She is recognized for her strategic business acumen, subject matter expertise, authentic leadership style, and results-driven approach to accelerating growth and creating sustainable change.

Before founding Impact, Lucy spent 20 years in corporate leadership roles. She served as a strategy consultant, Human Resources leader, and executive coach at Fortune 500 companies, such as Merrill Lynch, McKinsey & Company, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was the Chief Diversity Officer and a Member of the HR Executive Team. Lucy is also an independent Board Member of Columbia Bank and Columbia Financial Inc. in New Jersey.

A Bronx, NY native, Lucy currently lives with her family in northern New Jersey. She is passionate about her family and business and dedicated to social justice, philanthropy and advancing women.
